Our Comprehensive SEO Roadmap
Every client engagement follows the same documented plan — fifteen phases that establish the foundation, then twelve activities that run continuously to hold and grow the results. This is the whole roadmap, in the open, so you always know what is being worked on and why.

Ongoing Blog Posts, Social Content Distribution and Status Posts
ObjectiveMaintain an active blog and amplify published content through a centralized agency-led social distribution process, while clients retain control of their own social media profiles.
- Regular Updates: Publish blog posts consistently, adhering to the content calendar.
- Agency Content Distribution: Distribute and amplify relevant client blog content through Spartacus Systems' established social media profiles. This centralized distribution does not require access to client social accounts.
- YouTube Video Embedding: Embed relevant videos produced by Spartacus Systems and published on the Spartacus Systems YouTube channel into applicable client website pages and blog posts. The agency's YouTube channel serves as the centralized video hosting and distribution channel for this workflow.
- Client-Owned Engagement: Clients remain responsible for responding to comments, direct messages, customer inquiries, and other community interactions on their own social profiles. Spartacus Systems' distribution activity does not replace client social media management.
Content Creation and Multimedia Production
ObjectiveProduce scalable, SEO-optimized website content and supporting multimedia that can be distributed through the client's website and the agency's centralized social and video channels.
- AI Content Generation: Create AI-driven articles, blog posts, and website copy aligned with target keywords — plus social media captions, hashtags, and engagement prompts.
- Multimedia Production: Develop AI-generated visuals such as infographics and banners, and short-form videos for campaigns. All media is optimized for platform-specific requirements, including dimensions and SEO metadata.
- SEO Integration: Embed target keywords and semantic terms into all AI-generated content, and ensure consistency with brand voice and legal compliance standards.
- Content Deployment: Schedule content across website blogs and social platforms in accordance with Section 11.

- Evaluate Sources: Regularly assess the quality of obtained links to ensure relevance and authority.
Ongoing Social Content Distribution, Monthly Press Release, and Ad Campaigns
ObjectiveDrive traffic, awareness, authority, and entity visibility through integrated content distribution, public relations, and advertising efforts — without requiring Spartacus Systems to manage or obtain ongoing access to client-owned social media accounts.
- Social Media Campaigns: Execute and adjust social media campaigns to engage audiences and drive traffic.
- Monthly Press Release Distribution: Prepare and distribute at least one relevant press release each month through an appropriate distribution channel, supporting brand visibility, entity signals, local relevance, newsworthiness, and referral and link opportunities where appropriate.
- Ad Campaigns (Optional): Launch and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics to track the performance of social media, public relations, and advertising activities, and adjust strategies based on data.

- CERM
- Monthly Press Release Distribution

Where our scope starts and stops
Two boundaries in the roadmap are deliberate, and worth stating plainly.
Your social profiles stay yours. Creating, optimizing, and managing client-owned social accounts sits outside the Spartacus Systems SEO scope, and we do not require ongoing access to them. Amplification and distribution run through the agency's own established social channels and its YouTube channel, while your team handles engagement on your own profiles — comments, direct messages and customer inquiries.
Ad campaigns are optional. Paid search and paid social are available as an add-on rather than a default part of the program. Everything else in the roadmap runs as standard.
Measurement is continuous. Keyword and ranking monitoring, technical SEO monitoring, and performance reporting are all ongoing activities, so strategy adjustments come from your live data rather than a one-off review.
