Technical Services for Your Business
A flexible way to get a specific technical task done — without hiring a full-time employee, committing to a monthly retainer, or buying a long-term package.
Have a technical project? Tell us what you need and what you have budgeted. We’ll review it and let you know if we can take it on.
Have a Technical Project? We Can Help.
Not every business needs an ongoing service plan. Sometimes there is simply one task that needs doing: a system that must be configured, a workflow that should be automated, an integration that won’t connect, or a piece of technical work that no one in-house can pick up.
You don’t have to work out which Spartacus Systems service you need before getting in touch. Describe what you want done, what it needs to achieve, and the budget you have available — we will determine whether we can help and how.
If it is a fit, the work is scoped as a project. There is no obligation to continue afterwards and no requirement to move onto a monthly plan.
If the request sits outside what we do, or the scope and the budget don’t line up, we will tell you that as well. An honest answer early is more useful than a proposal that doesn’t fit.
Three steps, from your request to our answer.
-
1
Tell Us What You Need
Describe the task or project, the requirements, the outcome you are looking for, and any technical detail or links we should look at.
-
2
Tell Us Your Budget
Include the budget you have available. It lets us judge whether the scope and the budget are workable before anyone spends time on it.
-
3
We Review and Respond
We confirm whether Spartacus Systems can take the project on. If it is a fit, we will discuss scope, deliverables, timeline and next steps.
Every request is read by a person. You will get a straight answer, not an automated sequence.
Technical work, scoped as a project.
The list below covers the kind of work that most often comes through this route. It is not exhaustive — if your requirement is technical, describe it and we will tell you whether we can handle it.
Website design & development
New pages, rebuilds, performance and layout work on an existing site.
WordPress admin & development
Theme and plugin work, migrations, fixes, maintenance tasks and custom changes.
Business systems management
Setting up, organising and administering the platforms your business runs on.
Platform configuration & administration
Getting a tool configured properly, with the right users, fields and permissions.
Workflow & business process automation
Replacing manual, repetitive steps with an automated process that runs reliably.
API & third-party integrations
Connecting applications that don’t talk to each other, or repairing a broken connection.
CRM & client portal implementation
Setting up a CRM or portal and shaping it around how the business actually works.
Technical troubleshooting
Diagnosing a problem that is hard to pin down — errors, conflicts, slowdowns, failures.
AI & automation solutions
Practical AI workflows and assisted processes that solve a specific, defined task.
SEO & digital marketing technology
Analytics, tracking, search console, schema, redirects and marketing tooling.
Data, reporting & dashboard solutions
Pulling scattered figures into one report or dashboard you can actually read.
Other specialized technical tasks
If the requirement is technical and it isn’t covered above, describe it anyway. We would rather assess the request than have you guess whether it qualifies.
Every request is evaluated individually.
There is no self-service price list for project work, because the cost depends entirely on what the work involves. Here is how we approach each submission.
- Each project is assessed on its own technical requirements, scope, timeline and the budget proposed.
- There is no fixed hourly rate and no standard project price.
- Not every project is accepted. If something falls outside what we do, we will say so.
- If the scope and the budget don’t line up, we will tell you that rather than quietly trimming the work.
- Where a requirement needs a specialist outside our scope, we will identify it instead of attempting it.
- The work is treated as a project — ongoing support is available if you want it later, but it is not required.
You don’t need to know which service you need. Explain what you want done, give us your budget, and let us determine how we can help.
Submit a Technical Project
Fill in as much detail as you can. The more we understand about the task, the requirements and the budget, the faster we can give you a clear answer.
Submitting a project does not obligate either party. We will review your request and contact you to confirm whether we can take on the project.
