By accessing or using the services at SpartacusX.com (the "Website"), including affiliate product promotions and full-stack SEO management services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

SpartacusX offers:

Affiliate product promotion (via links where we may earn commissions).
SEO management services—structured as a flat $150/week management fee, plus tool subscriptions purchased by clients via affiliate links once execution begins, as described on our SEO Service page.

3. Service Scope & Deliverables

Services include (but are not limited to):

Market & competitor intelligence
Technical & on-page SEO audits
Keyword research & implementation
Google Business Profile optimization
Setup of analytics and tag management tools
Social media profile management
AI-powered content/video creation
Automated blog management, link building, social sharing, PR, and ad coordination

4. Pricing & Payment

Management Fee: $150 per week, payable in advance.
Tool Subscriptions: Not included in the management fee. After successful setup, clients are required to purchase necessary tools via affiliate links—these costs are handled directly by the client See our SEO Service page.
Add-on Services: Optional enhancements may be proposed and will only be charged with your prior approval.

5. Billing & Subscription Terms

Payments are processed weekly and non-refundable except as stated under Cancellation.
If payment fails, services may be paused until resolved.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel the service at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid week.
No refunds for payments already processed.
All tool subscriptions must be handled independently and comply with the respective providers' terms.

7. Affiliate Disclosures

SpartacusX earns commissions through affiliate links on the Website.
You are responsible for purchasing tools via affiliate links for SEO execution.
Using the Website or services does not incur additional cost beyond the management fee and tool pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, materials, and deliverables from SpartacusX are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business purposes only, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Client Responsibilities

Provide access to your website, analytics, Google Business Profile, and other necessary platforms.
Purchase required tool subscriptions through provided affiliate links after onboarding.
Approve any strategic recommendations before implementation.

10. Disclaimers & Warranty

SpartacusX strives for results but does not guarantee specific SEO rankings or outcomes.
SEO performance is influenced by many factors beyond our control.
We provide services “as-is” without warranties, and we’re not liable for business losses resulting from SEO performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy

Use of SpartacusX is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how data is collected, used, and protected.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If material changes occur, we’ll notify you in advance. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bacoor City, if under an amount threshold, or in competent courts if rebutted.
